Stored goods remain your exclusive property. Every piece of metal has a tag with the number of your owner certificate. The metals are neither mixed nor pooled. You can require delivery of your metals within 24 hours.

Storage time is not limited. Every customer receives a certificate from the Swiss Customs Inspectorate as well as a quarterly depot account list.

The metals in the metal depot are insured for their values by Swiss insurance companies. Land, buildings and bunkers are protected using cutting edge alarm and surveillance technology and a 24h police guard service.

All receipts and deliveries of metals are certified by Swiss Customs. Customers can inspect their stored metals in the metal depot at any time. Deliveries will only be made to rightful owners based on the original storage certificate of the Swiss Customs Inspectorate.

Metal Depot Zurich AG has no dominant shareholder and is completely independent from any large organization or trading company.
